The yellow and black Ultronic Scooter was a three-wheeled ATV like the Galactic Cruiser, but built for speed rather than combat. Instead of the Cruiser's dual launcher, the Scooter came standard with the "torque twist motor," enabling high speeds—even while popping a wheelie!
Like the rest of the early Motorized Vehicles, the Ultronic Scooter shipped with an included Time Traveler figure.
